Last year, I visited the Häme Medieval Festival for the first time, and naturally, was left hungry for more! So, last Saturday, I spent the warm, sunny day watching the events, browsing the various merchants’ wares and just taking in the atmosphere.

While the event is definitely something I would visit (and, indeed, have visited) just for the experience, there is another reason for my going there. I intend to sell my crafts there in 2021 as one of the merchants, and wanted to see how exactly others have implemented the practical aspects of their market stalls, clothing, and other matters.

I heartily recommend the festival for anyone interested in Medieval history, and if you end up visiting in 2021 or onwards from there, seek out my stall!
