Description
Horizontal hourglass-shaped Carnelian stones hanging at the end of a short Byzantine chain, with small rings with a silvered metal bead under them. Supplied with a leather holder, and a pair of silicone stopper to secure the nickel-free hooks to the ears.
Carnelian stones have been mined at least since 5th millennium BCE. It has often been used for signet rings, and has been associated with physical pleasure and intimacy.
